Ransomville Speedway Releases 2024 Schedule
RANSOMVILLE, NY (January 15, 2024) The 2024 schedule for the Friday night racing program at the Ransomville Speedway was released and the schedule is filled with exciting events throughout the season. The entire schedule can be viewed online at www.ransomvillespeedway.com and on social media.
The season will get underway with Test, Tune, and Time on Friday, April 26. Other divisions are welcome to come and practice that night, and that night will also feature time trials to set the front row for the feature events on Opening Night. The 2024 season opener will take place on Friday, May 3 featuring a full card of Krown Undercoating Modifieds, Hy-Tech Concrete DIRTcar Sportsman, KiPo Motors Street Stocks, Sunflowers of Sanborn Mini Stocks, and the Kevin’s Carpet Cleaning Novice Sportsman. Racing will take place every Friday night in the month of May, highlighted by the Sue Kulak Memorial for the Street Stocks on May 17, and the first Sportsman Super DIRTcar Series event on May 31. May 31 will also be the Austin Wilson Memorial Demolition Derby presented by DNA Towing & Recovery.
June 7 will be the Ron Lux Memorial for the Empire Super Sprints, with the Northeast Late Model Alliance making the trip to the Big R on June 14 for Crate Late Models. Autograph Night will take place on June 21, with the BRP Modified Tour making their return visit on June 28.
Ransomville Speedway will be celebrating the Independence Day holiday with Fireworks on Friday, July 5. The Empire Street Stock Series will make their first of two visits to Ransomville on Friday, July 12 for the Mateo Hope Memorial. On Friday, July 19, Stirling Lubricants will present the Kyle Inman Memorial for Sportsman, with the stars and cars of the Little R getting the chance to race on a Friday night on July 26.
After an off night on August 2, racing will resume on August 9 with the Mackenzie Kulesza Memorial for the Mini Stocks plus Kids Rides. The Southern Ontario Sprints and Vintage Cars will highlight the program on August 16. The Ron Martin Memorial Summer Nationals for the Big Block Modified Super DIRTcar Series will take place on Tuesday, August 20. That night will also feature the Mike Bonesky Memorial for the Sportsman Super DIRTcar Series. Wednesday, August 21 will be utilized as a rain date for the Summer Nationals. The second off night of the season will be on August 23. The second Demo Derby of the season will take place on August 30 as well as Season Championship night.
The season will come to an end on September 6 with the second visit of the season for the Empire Street Stock Series for the running of the John Susice Memorial plus a Big Block/Small Block Shootout for the Modifieds. September 13 will be utilized as a rain date if needed.
